Update requires AGDPfix for GTX 670, simply changing to smbios to MacPro 5,1 in Clover options is required if your greeted with a black screen.

Sound ok, USB 3 a little flaky.

Hi all,

I have a perfectly working machine which runs El Capitan 10.11.1 on Clover r3330 bootloader. Is it safe to update to 10.11.2? My PC specs are in my signature.

Thanks.

Are you on a Haswell machine? You need to find a kernel that works on Haswell systems.

you are the first to report a broken system with this update. did you try download from app store the 10.11.2 and install it directly by making an usb install thumb?

I updated 1st through App Store. When it failed, I reinstalled 10.11 from USB thumb and tried the normal and combo 10.11.2 downloads and both didn't work

Solved: fomate the partition with fresh install of 10.11 then apply the combo update.
