Thank you very much.

Hope Snow Leopard sources will be available soon :(

Well some good news.

Apple has released 10.6 sources.

http://www.opensource.apple.com/release/mac-os-x-106/

and they include AppleIntelPIIXATA.kext and IOATAFamily.kext, the 2 offending kexts, so hopefully someone who knows what they are doing can find a quick solution.

Thanks to timmyj9. :)

Now I am just waiting for my Snow Leopard to arrive (official up-to-date).

Of course the MacBook Pro and the Mac Pro (at office) will be the firsts to receive the upgrade, then I will try the XPS and later the P35-DS3L

we need xnu sources(IOKIT headers exactly) to compile AppleIntelPIIXata, so we have to wait them to be able to do a Snow Leopard version.

But then, how russian forum user(dan1234) was post x64 version of the kexts???

I'm with his release of Snow Leopard 10.6 10A432 GM v3.5 and working perfect with 32 bit core(for 100% compatibility with kexts and drivers - NTFS-3G and Audio driver are still 32 bit)

Sorry for my bad en

I don't know how he did ... maybe using iokit from leopard, but i don't want to do this. So my version will come when snow xnu will be available. Futhermore, i must install snow on my pc
