  1. Thanks for the detailed information.
  2. Yup, with Clover. Ahhh, OK, didn't knew that.
  3. Working fine here too Asus Maximus VI Gene ( Z87 ) + Intel I217V PS: Does anybody know why my System Profiler doesn't show the Kext loaded and it's version like anybody else?
  4. Chameleon 2.4svn Official PKG Installer

Mmmm It seems so. What happens when you use the same smbios plist provided by Fabio?
  5. Chameleon 2.4svn Official PKG Installer

I Installed Chameleon v2267 beta here on OS X 10.9 and completed my SMBios plist as suggested. Here are the results: CPU is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz, family 0x6, model 0x1a Type: 0, Length: 24, Handle: 0x0 BIOSInformation: vendor: Apple Inc. version: MP51.88Z.007F.B03.1010071432 releaseDate: 09/07/10 Type: 1, Length: 27, Handle: 0x1 SystemInformation: manufacturer: Apple Inc. productName: MacPro5,1 version: 1.2 serialNumber: ** PRIVATE ** uuid: 404C001E-8C00-01EF-A146-0026183AEB08 wakeupReason: 0x6 skuNumber: Mac-F221BEC8 family: MacPro Type: 2, Length: 15, Handle: 0x2 BaseBoard: manufacturer: Apple Inc. product: Mac-F221BEC8 version: MacPro5,1 serialNumber: C02140302D5DMT31M assetTagNumber: Pro-Enclosure locationInChassis: Part Component boardType: 0xB Type: 3, Length: 21, Handle: 0x3 SystemEnclosure: manufacturer: Apple Inc. type: 3 version: Mac-F221BEC8 serialNumber: ** PRIVATE ** assetTagNumber: Pro-Enclosure Type: 4, Length: 40, Handle: 0x4 ProcessorInformation: socketDesignation: LGA1366 processorType: 3 processorFamily: 0xC6 manufacturer: Intel processorID: 0x106A5 processorVersion: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz externalClock: 180MHz maximumClock: 3600MHz currentClock: 3600MHz serialNumber: To Be Filled By O.E.M. assetTag: To Be Filled By O.E.M. partNumber: To Be Filled By O.E.M. 6. 10.7.4 is OUT !

Update went fine here too, thanks to Fabio for the updated DSDT.aml for Asus X58 boards ( mine is a P6T Deluxe V2 mobo ). Replaced one year old DSDT.aml file with the new one. Run 10.7.4 ComboUpdater. Patched AppleHDA.kext and AppleRTC.kext. Reapplied TRIM enabler too. Everything seems good so far. Greetings, Karina
  7. Hi Fabio, it's good to see that you are still updating this stuff. I replaced the old DSDT.aml that was dated one year old with this new one you provided 2 pages back: "P6T Deluxe (V1/V2/P6TD Deluxe) i7 920 --> ´┐╝ P6T_Deluxe_i7_920.zip" Then I ran the 10.7.4 Combo updater, patched AppleRTC.kext and AppleHDA.kext. I patched IOAHCIFamily.kext for TRIM support too. So far everything seems to work fine. :star_sunglasses: :star_sunglasses: Greetings, Karina
  8. Mitch, here is my result: HACKINTOSH MacPro4,1 Mac OS X 10.7.2 Intel® Core i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz 3600 MHzGPU GeForce GTX 260 1296 MHz Mac OS X 10.7.2 RESULT: FPS= 151.75
  9. I think that my next SSD wont be OCZ anymore. The funny thing is that qbaser at the start of this thread had those numbers on his hackintosh ( also very similar mobo as mine: Asus P6T-SE for him/her, Asus P6T Deluxe V2 for me ) and on his/her Macbook got a way higher score. Karina
  10. Gigabyte H67N-USB3-B3 works fine with Lion, it's the motherboard my sister has on her hackintosh. SATA, LAN and AUDIO work. Don't remember if I tried sleep/wake. Rest of the system is composed by: CPU i5 2400. VGA Sapphire 6870, Corsair RAM, OCZ PSU, WD hard drive, Lian Li case. Hope it helps, Karina
  11. Don't know, It's used at 50% of it capacity so it shouldn't be that slow. Regarding to trim enabler, I had it previously but with 10.7.2 updated it got overwritten. So now I'll re apply it and see what the scores are. UPDATE: After applying trim enabler and rebooting the scores were: Write: 95 MB/s Read: 149 MB/s
  12. Hi Fabio, I think maybe your partition is messed up, I don't use your method but don't think that this has something to do with it. I'm using Lion since the DP releases and it got it installed using the USB flash drive method by tseug. The kexts used are the same ones from Snow Leopard as DSDT.aml, smbios.plist apple.com.Boot.plist/org.chameleon.Boot.plist with the following minor changes (that I think have nothing to do): Removed GenerateCStates and added CSTUsingSystemIO. Updated patched AppleHDA.kext by patching the current version. Updated Chameleon and settled now on v2.1svn1494 (for FaceTime fix). Everything else is the same. Hope it helps in someway. Kisses, Karina PS: with that method yesterday I installed Lion on my moms Hackintosh ( Asus P5LD2-VM SE, Core 2 Duo, 7300GT ) and it works perfect. The only problem that I had ( and has nothing to do with the install method ) is that when I put in the DSDT.aml I got stuck at the famous 'PCI configuration begin' and the only way to get pass that was to use EvilAppleACPIPlatform.kext & EvilIOPCIFamily.kext in /E/E. Too bad but at least it works. Now I'm looking for an updated patched AppleHDA.kext (Lion Native) for the ALC882. But the system is perfectly stable, same as mine.
  13. I have an OCZ Vertex 2 120GB SSD and I got similar Hackintosh results to yours. Write: 93 MB/s Read: 121 MB/s This is using 10.7.2 GM and no trim patch.
  14. Hello Fabrio !!!! Long time not here, good to see now you wrote a Lion installation on Asus X58 motheboards. PS: are you having problems with 10.7.2? I installed the GM like 2 days later than on my iMac and didn't have any problems with it since then. By the way it's on my primary hard disk. Greetings, Karina
  15. PCI Configuration Begin

Hello costipato, I have an Asus P5LD2-VM SE, well on my moms Hackintosh, and today I tried to install Lion, as soon as I put the DSDT.aml back in I had this problem of "PCI Configuration Begin". The only way to solve it was to use EvilAppleACPIPlatform.kext and EvilIOPCIFamily.kext on /E/E, no need for npci=0x2000. Works from 10.7.0 to 10.7.2 GM. Did you get any progress on this? Also how did you get your ALC882 working? native Lion AppleHDA modified kext or old patched AppleHDA/VoodooAudio? Greetings, Karina
