The built in nVidia hardware raid controller should be used in concurrent mode for singe drive. Installation will work but very unstable if RAID is NOT enabled. nVidiaInject will have to be installed manually as well. Afterward, you have an 8Gig monster with 4 CPU cores and smooth running. Does EFI and/or the Vanilla kernel work? After update with Time Machine&Airport 1.0 system.kext change to 9.2.2 that match with TOH Kernel 9.2.2 EFI.
