Plus the gt overclocks like crazy so i can go way higher than a pro if I want to 700/850 is nice.. loool oh and after flashing my Sapphire GT to Pro... none of these methods give me 100% results. lol i can get QE/CI but no rotation or extended display.... sigh..... back to square 1.1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

HelloI have an palit x1950gt 512mb. Tried Scrizz x1950gt_7288_scrz.zip and Natit x1950gt 7288. and still 1024 x 768, if I edit the com.apple.Boot and put my native 2560x1600 in there then I get weird 1920 x1440 resolution. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.Cheers* Also Scrizz i was wondering what other benefits except faster clock rate would you get from flashing your GT. It (466, SSE2, 1950proAGP512) didn't boot until I deleted all ATI* stuff and copy this driver. Now the next cat boots, but no CI and only 1024x768. You try driver 7288.zip ! And natit.kext ! Ok I tried this with my AGP Sapphire 512MB x1950 pro with dual DVIs. CI and QE works only if no Natit is installed and only reads 256MB instead of 512MB and you cannot change resolutions. These drivers work better than the others but still have pretty bad mouse tearing when you exit a game. The performance is still bad in Open GL, im only getting 1/3 the frame rate I am getting in Vista. If you install the Natit_Alopias.kext with the drivers, it will read all of the 512MB and provide you with different resolutions with no CI and QE. If you install the other Natits, it will make your screen go offline at the Mac OS X starting up screen. The Natit_Alopias.kext still needs a little bit more work to make it work fully with the AGP Sapphire 512MB x1950 pro. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I did a clean 10.4.8 JaS install Followed your instructions from post #152 in this thread used Natit_Alopias.kext Both DVI and RGB ports are working.
