actually it looks like a pita to use. like using that pen to type on that tiny onscreen keyboard...

or the handwriting. but that may just be me. i find this a rather inconvenient way to use a

computer. either give it voice control - which might be not so handy in certain circumstances,

or give it a touchscreen, where you can display an ever so slightly visible keyboard overlayed

over whatever else is displayed.

to me these kinda a tablet pcs are useless. see what it took him to start a program? doh

i would get one if i had a few thousand extra $$. i think this would be better for old people, i have noticed that my grandparents like to tiuch the screen instead of use the mouse

i think the kind that have the keyboard but can be swung around to a tablet would be much better because you have some things that would require a tablet, and some things that would require a keyboard and mouse

If you take the price of the ModBook versus a standard TabletPC, those figure's are surprisingly, not that much higher. When you consider the fact that it's a legitimate Apple computer, and that each has been made to order, there's no real challenge in accepting the numbers. What is a little sad is that it has no docking station with it. On top of that issue, there is a question as to whether it supports screen rotation. This has been one of the many issues we have with the Fujitsu HacBook T series 421X models - The screen type isn't recognised, so we can't rotate it as we would on an Apple Cinema Display, or on a Windows install.
