Perhaps you can try adding a csr-active-config under NVRAM-Delete-7C... so that OpenCore will clear and overwrite the csr-active-config value every time it boots.

 

@laobamac_yyds the csr-active-config value is already add to delete.

 

On my post, I'm talking about GateKeeper. I disable it with sudo spctl --global-disable and confirm in System settings (I also try --master-disable). But after each update, GateKeeper is enable by default. So apps are moving to relocated items/security/...

 

I made a lot of search and test without success. To prevent big headache, I need a solution. 🥲

@bestal I haven't been following your posts, so forgive me if I'm misunderstanding (I don't know what was recommended and what didn't work).  Your config.plist seems to indicate that you are applying OCLP patches.  If that is the case, I see the following problems:

 

• Change csr-active-config to <03080000>
• Remove boot-arg amfi_get_out_of_my_way=1 (you are using AMFIPass.kext)

Is this the same problem that has been plaguing you since Tahoe Beta was first available?  If so, is there a thread that discusses the problem?  I performed a search about this issue in ChatGPT and it provided extensive explanation and possible solutions.

It stalled at the 2nd restart even with the hybrid WEG. I had to use the Mac Pro 7.1 EFI on a USB stick for this restart. Then it worked well.

I'm installing Tahoe on my HD4000 using 7.1. After the installation, I switch back to the RX560. After patching it with OCLP mod and using -amd_no_dgpu_accel in the NVRAM, I delete the -amd_no_dgpu_accel in the NVRAM. My hackintosh remains on a black screen, my desktop is white, and I have no wallpaper?

Is there a solution to these? Or do we have to wait for the Open Core Legacy Patcher?

That's really a very special approach. But did you really try Whatevergreen 1.7.1d7.kext, which I uploaded on the previous page?

Take a look at the specs of my OLD: computer: I tested it with a Mac Pro 7.1 and an iMac Pro 1.1. The latter worked better. To rule out problems, I disabled the HD4600 and left only the Radeon RX560. With the RX560, I had a problem with the original kext: after the third restart, the monitor would go into sleep mode with no video signal, and my only options were to restart the computer and use a USB drive with the kext enabled. With the new kext, it worked perfectly, and after the third restart, I had video output and it worked correctly. This is my experience with my two computers and others I've had the opportunity to help with.

 

By the way, I really miss my beloved Gigabyte Z77X-D3H, which I started with when I first got into Maverist. Your computer has a lot to say about it.

If you're booting with an HD4000, the desktop background will be white because the system doesn't recognize the graphics card. OCLP isn't available for Tahoe yet.

Yes. Because your processor doesn't support AVX2. You also need OCLP for your graphics card. See the attached page.

Hello everyone! I did an upgrade to Tahoe26.1  from Sequoia, installation seems file, but I am unable to boot after the upgrade, however I am able to boot into safe mode just fine. Please advise thanks! Attached screenshot is where it gets stuck. All kexts and OC has been updated, and I am using smbios iMacPro 1,1 with patch and rx570 with whatevergreen.
