this is what caused this

kxld[as.vt9696.virtualsmc] following symbols are unresolved

what in the world I never seen this that all of these kexts share same vt9696 and something doesnt get loaded rpoperly and then it kp's

who is this russian guy vitaliy @vit9696  who wrote whole slew of these kexts that has his name all over the place @Andrey1970

And don't forget to disable the following from your config.plist under Kernel -> Quirks:

• AppleCpuPmCfgLock
• AppleXcpmCfgLock

If it is not unlocked, set AppleCpuPmCfgLock to yes under Config—Kernel—Quirks, set yes to AppleXcpmCfgLock, and set IgnoreInvalidFlexRatio to yes under Config—UEFI—Quirks.

  these 3 should do the trick

i have no idea what is this issue but i updated all kexts no luck

AppleCpuPmCfgLock yes, AppleXcpmCfgLock yes, I had it corrected.

I changed IgnoreInvalidFlexRatio to yes, but it didn't work.

 

How to fix it?

Have you sat down and made yourself a drink and spent the time to read though the OpenCore guide?

I think you might find it very helpful if you do. I would say this is your best course or action as you will learn what to do and where your going wrong?

Your issues are all very basic and all the answers you need are there for you in the guide. 
There’s no better way of doing it other then learning how to do something for yourself buddy. 
more so when it’s something so basic.

@AudioGod. I knew you didn't know the solution, Yes anyone can write. Many people had this problem here and hardly anyone solved it.

What are you talking about dude, I live in the U.K. and I was doing something called sleeping as it was late believe it or not but I’m glad you think I don’t know....lol.....Your attitude will get no help from me buddy but for the record I was never offering to help in the first place, I was just making a suggestion to you.

I just can't find a solution.
I found nothing in the documentation.

Often, everyone write see documentation, but I set the config based on the documentation. I changed the config a lot of times and it doesn't work

Yes you can.

After vit9696's explanation, Windows partition's icon can be displayed too.

 

Here's what mine looks like:

 

 

See Configuration.pdf Section 8.3 (5) - PickerAttributes.

It'd early days for OpenCanopy (pre-release) so not all features are implemented and/or working.

 

This is what I did:

1. Set PickerAttributes=1

2. Create your icons. I used Image2icon App and rename it .VolumeIcon.icns

3. For APFS volumes, I had to mount the preboot partition (diskutil mount diskXsy) and copy the .VolumeIcon.icns to the root of the preboot partition. Unmount the partition (diskutil unmount diskXsy)

4. For HFS volume, just copy the .VolumeIcon.icns to the root of the volume 

5. For Windows, copy the .VolumeIcon.icns file to the root of EFI partition from where Windows boots. 

 

YMMV

You need to put the icon on the volume your bootloader is. For Windows the bootloader is on ESP volume, so you need to put the icon to EFI partition of your Windows installation.

Whether the latest submitted compiled OpenCorePkg exists using OpenCanopy.efi cannot display the BlessOverride ____ \ EFI \ Microsoft \ Boot \ bootmgfw.efi boot entry. I am currently having problems? Has anyone else encountered this problem?

i have also this issue 

this issue is not related of openCanopy

when i compiled with latest commit changes  and add Bootprotect to config to None then completely disappear my windows partition from boot Menu

this is behavior of bootstrap.efi and bootprotect

@vit9696 are we missing something else?

Have a look at AppleALC:

It should be similar for your kext.

I just read somewhere that in catalina any kext that doesnt have apple sertificate is not going to boot
