Splendid, thank you!! But this is lots of different files and I can't see any .kext files in there. I thought I was meant to just drag and drop the .kext files into my /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other folder?

EDIT: My bad - there ARE .kext files in there. But lots of them in lots of different folders. I don't know which one/s to use. Please help!

use

BrcmBluetoothInjector.kext
BrcmFirmwareData.kext
BrcmPatchRAM3.kext

and yes just plot them into EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other, restart and away you go.

Also if your not already then make sure your using my latest EFI.

Thanks again! Sorry to be a pain - I can find plenty of files starting with BrcmFirmwareInjector, for example, but they all have various sequences of numbers / letters afterwards, eg. "BrcmFirmwareInjector_0a5c_22be.kext". Do I just use any of them, or do I need to select a particular one?

You need to download the RELEASE archive:

Wow, I caused quite the stir. I was updating my post above.

And yes, those files should help you out. Functional the Fenvi card you have is the same as mine. Beware that you will probably lose any form of sleep though. Let me know if you don't.

There are some posts that say the Fenvi cards don't need AirportFix. You might want to try both ways. See this post: https://dortania.github.io/Wireless-Buyers-Guide/

I got him up and running without needing any of that. He’s good now buddy, All sorted :thumbsup_anim:

Hello guys, I'm puzzled with a WiFi issue, although my WiFi card is detected by the system, I'm only able to login to unprotected WiFi. If it is protected, even if I use the correct password, I'm getting the screen to enter the WiFi password again with a "Connection failed" message on the bottom left.

I face the above issue with both: Tp-Link Archer T6E AC1300 and ABWB 802.11AC WI-FI With Bluetooth 4.0 PCI-Express (PCI-E) BCM943602CS Combo Card For Hackintosh

I'm using the latest clover EFI posted in this thread, any idea?

Thanks!

That’s not a EFI problem by the sound of it it’s a OS problem.

have you tried switching the WiFi and bluetooth off and on again?

have you cleared your cache and rebuild permissions using hackintool?

also clear your nvram and see if it helps. (f11 at the bootpicker)

also try and use these kexts if none of the above works for you.

https://github.com/acidanthera/BrcmPatchRAM/releases

Use,

BrcmBluetoothInjector.kext
BrcmFirmwareData.kext
BrcmPatchRAM3.kext

from the package or BrcmPatchRAM2 instead of 3 for Mojave

Every 10-15min hack wakes up with:
localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) AppleACPIPlatformPower Wake reason: RTC (Alarm)
can figure out how to stop it, I use darkwake=0, but it still wakes amd then goes sleep again, very annoying :( Any gues how to deal with it?

@AudioGod

I did everything  you mentioned again, just to make sure, I still face the same behaviour :/

btw on clean kextcache and rebuild I got this at the end:

Kext with invalid signature (-67050) allowed: <OSKext 0x7f8b16814650 [0x7fff89eb98c0]> { URL = "file:///Library/Apple/System/Library/Extensions/AppleUSBEthernetHost.kext/", ID = "com.apple.macos.driver.AppleUSBEthernetHost" }

UPDATE:

The issue seems to be shown on 2.4GHz WiFi only, 5GHz works fine

As long as i can hehe. Flashaholicness ( as mobile users  say) is long past due. Usability is preferred.

No there's not a lot you can do at the moment to be honest, its just getting confused on the boot up now and again and failing to boot. (could be a lot worst as in the old day if that happened you would need to reset the bios to bring it back)

Clearing you Cmos via a battery removal can help saying that though.

Yep thx. Its not a problem for me I ask because I havent the problem when i am in 10.15.3.

Clear you bios by removing all power and the cmos battery and that will fix it I bet.

also just to add and looking at your system spec. a better solution for you would be to change your smbios over too iMacPro1,1 with the igpu disabled in the bios.

Your using a Radeon VII and that gets held back when your using 19,1 with the igpu enabled.

This will also fix the windows misboot as there's a lot more space in the tiny memory it can use to work in.

Ok, I will try first clear bios. I was thinking igpu is used sometimes in render; It is compelty useless when you have a GPU ?

The Radeon VII will kick the igpu when it comes to rendering. It’s super powerful at that.

its the only gpu I would tell people to do that with tbh, all the other gpus  benefit from 19,1

You card isn't installed properly:

Status:	Not Associated

This should read:

Status:	Connected

This is often caused by a hardware fault. Could be the card isn't seated properly, or you may have something more systemic (maybe a bad board).

For reference (using the Fenvi T919):

 Interfaces:
en1:
Card Type:	AirPort Extreme (0x14E4, 0x111)
  Firmware Version:	Broadcom BCM43xx 1.0 (7.77.111.1 AirPortDriverBrcmNIC-1610.1)

  Wake On Wireless:	Supported
  AirDrop:	Supported
  AirDrop Channel:	149
  Auto Unlock:	Supported

If you can test the card in another system or even maybe Windows (use the Apple BT and wifi drivers for the card). You will need to find a way to test your hardware.
