install applebacklightinjector to system/library/extensions

if the injector doesnt work then, then youll need to make the injector on your own laptop

it appears that the applebacklight is modified.

should I delete it from the clover folder afterwards?

i had to modify the script to work with your setup as your backlight isnt working yet

to make your own applebacklight patch:

https://github.com/onejay09/DellXPS15-9550-OSX/tree/10.13/Additional/PatchAppleBacklight_v2

download this repository and put your vanilla applebacklight in vanilla folder and run patch.sh

you can change the smbios if you want

post your vanilla applebacklight kext so i can see it

@onejay09 I noticed you set darkwake=10 but I'm having shutdowns while in sleep mode, should I revert to darkwake=0, and which one is the most suitable for my hardware, thanks!

Did you disable hibernate and unsupported sleep modes?
