Hi guys, in the website clover-wiki under the boot section it is possible to activate a function to increase boot speed, is explained only in this way: "only search for SATA0 drivers (9 seconds difference)" ( http://clover-wiki.zetam.org/Configuration/Boot ).

About me explain this better?

If the argument has already been dealt sorry but there are too many pages to read.

Thank you.

That applies only if you build your own version using CloverGrower or CloverGrowerPro. Google them and use whichever you prefer.

How did you fix iMessages  :)

you mean the problem of call apple care ?

about iMessage, if you use clover you should add two options  under "RtVariables"

one more thing, if your account doesn't activated in iso device or real mac, you should add a credit card to it, then change your password of account, then problem solved.

to me added credit card to my account

Just looked through your stuff

You are missing the EthernetBuiltIn=True flag

Add that and see if it works

i didn't use this on notebook since removed from default config and app store etc works normally on it

i built full config and didn't found , it is nearly removed from clover ?

for a try

i added it the argument before npci=0x2000

but the same error :(

You can

example: Kernel=mach_kernel

will try but better to have separate entry on config not on arguments

i put mach_kernel on EFI partition on clover folder and typed on arguments

Kernel=/EFI/CLOVER/mach_kernel

also

Kernel=/EFI/EFI/CLOVER/mach_kernel

but the kernel isn't loaded from this path :(

is possible to remove Clover and EFI bootloader?

for error,  have two bootloaders in one hard disk: Chameleon and Clover. I don't like this and want to run in MBR mode.

How to? I'm desperate :(

tried also

Kernel=\Volumes\EFI\EFI\CLOVER\mach_kernel

but failed also :/

No, kernel must be located in system volume. But you can rename it and use

Kernel=mach_kernel.amd

Strange observation: kernel name must be mach_kernel.*

C:>format d:

and forget MacOSX forever

Or, may be you will be more constructive then just claim that you hate Clover?

is it problem of reading kernel from EFI partition (fat32) ?

chameleon can load kernel from anther partitions

like when setuping new version  using custom kernel

after finish i guide chameleon to use  kernel on use using

hd(0.1)/mach_kernel as where is the kernel on usb memory

when tries

Kernel=\Volumes\EFI\EFI\CLOVER\mach_kernel

i got error on reading  kernel but clover identified  path  this occurred for one time with me but then  this argument have no effect

if it is possible to make custom kernel loaded like kexts folder if i put on /EFI/CLOVER/Kernel/    mach_kernel clover will override this one
it will be nice if done
and thanks :)

I can't hide right partition by using name.

My disk have 6 partition:

- Window (Legacy HD1)

- MacOS

- Ubuntu (Legacy HD3)

- Data (clover show Legacy HD1)

- Enn (clover show Legacy HD2)

- Proj (clover show Legacy HD3)

I would like to hide Data, Enn, Proj but clover show they are same name with other os parition above.

So if I set hide by name "Legacy HD2" "Legacy HD2" "Legacy HD3" it will hide Window and ubuntu partition too, then result is only MacOS parition show up.

I have give a try with UUID following document:

HD(0,MBR,E223FF7F-F2DA-4DBB-B765- 756F2D95B0FE)

But it didn't work.

Did I miss something?

Chameleon is a Bootloader while Clover is Boot Manager. The bootloader for OSX is boot.efi that is located in system volume and will load kernel ONLY from the same volume.

Yes, Chameleon can because is loads kernel directly but Clover no.

ok thanks for info :)

what about app store log in

is it because boot.efi prevent log in with hacked kernel ?

if the kernel is a binary patched like with atom will App Store work with clover ?
