vector sigma
ah! No xar ??? This is going to be problematic. I think it expect to use the pbzx instead on newer OSes. The big problem is that without xar Installer.app will not be able to run the pkg. If this is confirmed in the final release ....this is the death of the pkg, unless we sobstitute xar with pbzx, but in any cases compatibility with 10.10 and older (?) is lost. 1 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/284656-clover-general-discussion/page/836/#findComment-2707956 Share on other sites

LAbyOne
Hi guys, need your advice on this... i just witnessed a curious thing, on clover 5103, ( it was a long time since i used resetnvram) but trying to do so, pressing F11 did nothing at all... don't think its normal behaviour now not restart clover after pressing the key, what could be the trouble? thx Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/284656-clover-general-discussion/page/836/#findComment-2708031 Share on other sites

Thanks @Slice for your explanation, but that was the usual behaviour i've always experienced after clearing nvram, (press F11 and the loader restart) My question was essentially due to another circumstance, as i'm still in clover, i've been also, as many others, testing OC from a usb device, and every time i restart the machine (booting from clover) it keeps the same arguments used in OC. Hence my question about the clear nvram thing...
