Hi @Hervé,

No i haven't uninstalled it, it was the result of an update from apple... if you see the picture i uploaded, it was the second time that apple updated safari 10.12 Seed 6, and this time it broke safari...

Thanks for your answer, but i like to know if it is possible to solve this...

PS. after re reading you answer i understood... finally... i'll do it

Thanks

PS1: I don't know what happened but my safari is working fine again... I didn't do nothing, because it works again...

I hadn't touched my Hack in a while and realised it was still on 10.13.4. I've tried 3 times now to update to 10.13.6 but it keeps failing and I don't know why.

From the looks of the syslog it compete okay, what am I missing?

What makes you say that it is failing? Seems to me that you need to reboot into the installer volume to start phase 2 of the installation process

edit: as of updating to 10.14 or 10.15: no chance using the 1080ti, this GPU is not supported in neither of them so you'll need to stick with your iGPU

And that was the bit I was forgetting. Thank you.

As I say its been a long time since I've done an OS update on the Hackintosh, so I'd forgotten I needed to manually switch to the installer volume.

I have just gone through setting up the Hack to use the iGPU rather than the Nvidia card and that is all working.

So I hope I'm all set to update to either 10.14.6 or 10.15.0 DP7 :)
