I'll try to find the link. Sorry! I made a huge mistake. Someone found the image online and posted it on Flickr AFTER the keynote. Since it's not an Apple-licensed image, anyone can use it. This latest build includes a variety of different looks for the dock itself, I change the look according to my desktop background. That theme/appearence is called "Glass Vista".
