It has issues (as all transparent themes) with many apps and at least for me it had a negative impact on productivity. I do like the fading of non-focus windows though - very XGL. BTW anyone know of any 'focus follows mouse' hacks for OS X? If they removed that strip of "reflection" from the top and toned down on the shadows and/or make the shadows white color instead of black, I think it'd look better. Or a way to have the standard menu bar and use the theme on the windows? It has one major thing wrong you can't exempt programs like media players from the transparency. I have a 21" wide screen display so I often have a video playing in the bottom right corner. Another thing is it does not work on all apps like FireFox, Azureus to name a couple I found so for. I will give it a little more time and see if I can tweak it.
