emymrin
moseschrist, thanks. Interesting thing, I've noticed nsGUI wireless on/off command does not work for me, it just locks utility window. Hardware button works perfect and nsGUI appears to track on/off state correctly when hw switch is used. jalavoui
adhoc network in iwi200 to create the network: - turn off the card (if this fails reboot into mac os with the card powered on) - this should be emymrin's problem - change mode to adhoc - click create network button ip address: in a cable connection (without router) you get ip 169.254.xxx.xxx and a subnet 255.0.0.0 (not shure about this) but if you have a router you get 192.168.xxx.xxx and a subnet 255.255.255.0 i don't know about wireless adhoc connections, but it should be the same the ip/subnet can be setup in system preferences - this sould be done after creating the network in nsgui maybe it's possible to setup nsgui to detect the router and add the correct subnet, but until that it's better to set it up manually i don't have a way to test adhoc connections, so if you have the hardware let me know the results moses, can you commit a new version of iwi2200 with the adhoc/secure fix? iwi2100 i need someone with the card and xcode to try to find where the driver crashes - should not be to hard to find out iwi3945 can someone build a new firmware header file and commit it to svn?
