The only thing I have noticed and this is somewhat strange is that when I grant full disk access to certain programs like Qbittorrent. The program can only write to the main Mac OS ssd and no longer to other hard disks in my system. Just set with OpenCore Configurator => SecureBootModel = Default. Reset NVRAM. Try again. Core2 Extreme X9650 + Radeon HD 7750 all working, just UHCI/OHCI USB doesn't (consequence, no Bluetooth).
