Just to confirm, without the SSDT and the USB patches, the SD card works but with the SSDT it doesn't? USB keys work on all ports with SSDT-UIAC.aml, or without it. If so the SD card might not be connected with USB to the system. It might have a separate controller which is not USB. You can create a bootable fully working Windows USB to Go disk on your laptop. You can also google intelgraphicsfixup and see if you already have the latest. Check for lilu.kext as well.
