Here are my files as per the problem reported in this thread: https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/forums/topic/333482-help-with-clover-config-constant-usb-errors/

Send me zip: https://puu.sh/zPZx8/2b33ff3064.zip

Again I'm sorry to use a third party but I just can't seem to upload directly to the forum for some reason.

Any help with my DSDT and config settings is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately I seem to get a kernel panic whenever I boot with your Clover folder and I'm not sure what needs to be fixed.  The verbose boot moves so quickly before it reboots that I can't even grab a picture; is there some other way I can show you the log?

I got the new Clover folder to boot, I guess I forgot to press F4...

Anyway, here is the new dump: https://puu.sh/zQIMl/6468ea8473.zip

I should also note that under this boot USB didn't work at all and I actually used Screen Sharing with my MacBook to get the dump.

u can use DSDT and kexts above ;)

Everything seems to be working great except now one of my monitors is getting only black for a signal.  I have the Nvidia web drivers and have experimented with Inject Nvidia and NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext + Lilu.kext, but nothing I've tried fixes it.  The black monitor is still recognized in System Profiler and it shows up when using screen sharing.  Any recommendations?
