Tested only your CLOVER folder but booted to a black screen even Monitor having signal from GPU. Update: Sorry, my bad! The board I used for office work was ASRock Z370 Extreme 4, and it worked perfectly in all aspects, so I finally chose ASRock Z370 PRO4. I though I had circled the problem with _PWR in HDAS, but no.
