What type of hardware is your dongle A or B ?

Under 10.8 you used these original drivers  from D LINK ?

A: GO-USB-N150_mac_driver_revA_4.2.3_all_en_20120307

Sorry but my dongle is Dlink DWA-120 (RT2870)

Yours obviously is a RT5370 !

I saw in 3in1_Wlan_11n_USB_MacOS10.8_Driver_83.26.06_UI_2.0.1.zip ( with Pacifist.app)

this:

post-305243-0-66619200-1415208696_thumb.png

So there are 3 kext there for going to S/L/E

The Wireless Utility.app is version 2.0.1

If you read information on each content, you know where they are going when you install this !

So it seems your dongle is not working with RT2870USBWirelessDriver.kext        even Ralink is saying otherwise !

You could give it a try on your HACK even it is not made originaly for OSX for 10.10  but for 10.8 !

There is an uninstall.command  , to go back if it is not working for you !

Sorry but this is all I can say !

Good luck

I installed this official kext for 10.8 in my 10.10 and it works... but just for a minute or two, after that, system freeze. I've asked Dlink for a compatible driver for 10.10 and they answered me (this morninig) that actually they are working on this point at their lab in order to release it but with no date of release. Because of that i was looking for an alternative option. With this Ralink kext, my system detects the device but does not work :(... maybe because the kext is not compatible but... why it is detected by my system in SysPref/Network... i don't know

Thank you very much

Ooopppsss and... Is there a compatible Kext for OS X 10.10?

I repack package installers from Realtek 10.9 drivers to OS X 10.10 Yosemite:

https://www.mediafire.com/folder/2tb3cu15i0766/New_Direr_fix_for_Yosemite

In all Packages automaticaly:

1. Disable driver signature verification (kext-dev-mode=1)

2. Fix install kext for OS X 10.10 Yosemite

For your D-Link GO-USB-N150:
Uninstall all old drivers.
Use "Realtek RTL8188EU9 v1008 Package Driver.pkg"

I update all installers. Try:

https://www.mediafire.com/folder/2tb3cu15i0766/New_Drivers_fix_for_Yosemite

P.S.

Start Uninstall.command before installing the new package.

Bonus:

3. Enable "Advanced Setting" page in UI.

Ok, previous package didn't include Unistall... only had Install.

¿What's new in "Advanced Setting"?

Edit: didn't see the image in first look.

Thanks
