Just don't understand something, since all of us feel way you do..., are we duped collectively because of this vulnerability? That used to be for my old mobo (D946GZIS) in which Taruga's Patcher never worked. Now I have got new board DG33FB, and sound works perfectly. The only thing is , I never bothered to update my sig... I am not in the greatest mood i wrecked my car. im stuck in vegas and i cant work cause i need to be home so i have no income comming in right now only going out. When I get home yOU WILL HAVE your kext anyone else who wants to get pissed at me can {censored} Ya and just got buy a supported network card. I have put alot of time and work in to this kext and i sorry to the people who have been waiting i am as well frustrated i would like to move on to my next project. Thanks to the that have been supporting this. I will be checkin this thread daily cause my hotel has wireless net. Thats ok man no worries. I got my sound finally working in my xps 410 without havin to buy another sound card. Right now I have my cable modem plugged in to the xps to get internet...so I have no problem waiting. I can understand why your getting frustrated with us but I think most of us have already decided to temporarily replace our NIC Cards with something that works. They Said today the rear of the frame is Bent hard to the passenger Side and up and cracked and from what i have read its not safe to have those things repaired but i could be worng. any one have any input on the situation? In our country they say about this: it's like a paper that has been folded: you can unfold it again but the original marks will still be visible and if you fold it again there's a huge chance it will use the same marks again... Weird? - How can I activate SpeedStep? - Shutdown is randomly works, why? - How get ICH8R drivers working? It could be great if many from us can describe the way they optimize our XPS 410. From what I have heard (and I have 3 people in my family who do body work) if the frame is cracked then the frame is worthless. There's not much that can be done at that point to salvage the car. sethius Posted January 12, 2008 Share Posted January 12, 2008 hey guys, just found out today when i setup my logitech webcam, that my usb ports aren't functioning as usb 2.0.. they are limited to 12mbs!!!! i've tried to install IOUSBFAMILY 270.4.1 from the apple developer site and it says that its installed, but when I check the extension folder, it hasn't updated the kext.. Can you guys tell me what you did to get it running USB 2.0.. ..BTW I'm running uphuck 1.4i r3 (10.4.9) cheers.. ..also, just tried AppleHDApatcher and dump for the 9227, but can''t get the mic to work.. has anyone managed to get it to work? I've tried John Stormdrake's driver and put my device and vendor id in the .plist file and still nothing is detected. I've even reinstalled a few times, but it just doesn't show up at all. Anyone have any suggestions? Does anyone know of a cheap webcam that functions at a decent framrate with the macam driver? The Logitech Quickcam chat I just bought should run at 30fps, but only runs at about 5fps with macam.. Cheers.. Anyone have any suggestions? Sorry can't help.. My 8139 - which i bought for £6 - works straight out of the box.. Just hang in there.. I'm sure the kext will arrive soon..
