I installed the patcher and it did not work... in sys pref it says that there is no built in audio.... Not that I have a Realtek HD, but I am having sound issues on iatkops v7 10.5.7 as well. All I know about my sound card is that it's 16-bit sound blaster pro compatible .. w.. with harmon kardon speakers... incase your asking this is a HP zv5240us. Also, the OS doesn't even detect a sound card. I did get output from inbuilt speakers and from headphones by switching in System Preferences > Sound. Now I can only get it out of the inbuilt speaker. Anybody know how I can remove this driver I just installed? Thanks. That is all I know. Thanks, Machead Any chances some genuis compile it to run on 64 bits??? or i'm been too stupid asking it? cause on sl 32 bits loads ok and the sound is really cristal clear, i dont mind about the microphone(got one on my usb camera) or how many ouputs can handle.....stereo is enought for me... the true the quality of audio is far far better than voodoohda, don't ask me why so can I have some hope?
