  1. sorry for reviving old old thread sorry for that but I either don't have enough posts to create a new topic or some reason can't create one for whatever reason. When doing this which do you select? I have these options Internet Printing Protocol (http) Internet Printing Protocol (ipp) LPD/LPR Host or Printer Windows Printer via SAMBA AppSocket/HP JetDirect edit: Nevermind it started working. I thought I did something wrong cause it didn't print so I posted asking for help but by accident left the print job on and it printed after a while. It works but takes a century to start printing -.- not sure why. It was AppSocket/HP JetDirect btw.
  2. How do you know which realtek audio kext you need? Mine is an internal one as far as I know. It supports up to 7.1 channels. That is all I know. If you know Clevo its a Clevo M860tu
  3. GeForce 200 series support

Can someone give me somewhat step by step guide to get my GTX 260m working on my Hackintosh. I got it to get a 1680x1050 resolution which is my native resolution. The thing is though Chipset Model is Unknown and all the way at the top says Unknown as well. Vendor ID is NVIDIA and Device ID is 0x0618.
  4. [How To] Solutions for Audio Problems

How do I know what kext to install. I have installed a lot of kexts using kext helper but none of them work. In System Profiler I have 0x15580860 as the Device ID. With Available Devices is Speaker Line OUt Headphone Line In External Microphone which all say 1/8-inch Jack and S/P-DIF OUT which is Combo for connection. The top says Intel High Definition Audio but I am pretty sure I have some sort of Realtek High Definition Audio.
  5. GeForce 200 series support

I am pretty sure my graphics card wouldn't count as a GeForce 200 series but rather a GeForce 200M series. It is a GTX 260M. I am wondering if there is any way to make my Mac recognize it since right now all i can get is 1024x768 max resolution.
