Only thing I care about is if they fixed that damned double-quit bug in iTunes (hit quit, but need to click in the iTunes window before it actually quits)... that's been pissing me off for months.

If no such complaints are received, I see no reason to remove/modify it. More so since the information in it is useful.

I think is safe for most Hackintoshes (I installed on my Dell Lappy without probs), but I will test if they are safe to AMD rigs.

I just ran the updates for the three apps and they installed just fine on my Hackintosh. See below for my specs.

 

BTW, I only put the bare minimum information in my signature so people can see what I am running my Hackintosh with.

Ok time for some order on this Sig issue. Hara Tiaki, Please shrink your size down not becuase we want you to. But there are people will low resolutions which have to do LOADS of scrolling down just to make sure that sigs are not covered in the way of content. And you are no exception to the rule. If we all had large sigs then imagine the trouble for those with resolutions such as 800x600. Not everyone is privledged to have a massive monitor.

 

This is not for the rules anymore. It is rather a curtosy to those who want learn more but are not privledged to a bigger screen resolution (Trust me many people actually do this from schools and like my school we have 800x600. I am working up a solution to this problem as we speak so everyone will be able to have large sigs without these problems but for now we have to enforce the rules to accomidate everyone. Just imagine if we allowed massive sigs. There would be more content in the sigs than in the actual post

 

Ok now lets get back on topic, No more Sig Talk.

@Hara Taiki: If you think this is wrong then you are more than happy to take it up with an Admin as par the rules. We are not forcing you but then remember that if we let you have a bigger sig than we have to let other people have a big sig to and currently that is not fair. Even us Staff have to follow the rules, we are no exception either.

yes they are safe (FR doesn't start because i have no qe/ci), only flag front row, qt and itunes.

Do you know how to enable it? the adapter sapphire ati hd2600 pro is recognized correctly by system profile zith effective vram 512mb id vendor id device and i have dvi, mirror and dual screen working but no qe/ci why?

My system:

amd opteron 170 skt 939 3800+ 64x2 (2 ghz each);

2 gb ddr2 333 64bit single channel ram;

sapphire ati hd2600pro 512 vram graphic adapter (triakis installer);

dvd philips 2412 r/rw +/- dl;

1 st hd maxtor 6y080l0 80 gb ata 133 7200 rpm (xp sp2) pri master;

2nd hd maxtor 6l200p0 200 gb ata 133 7200 rpm (ubuntu and vista) pri slave;

3rd hd maxtor 6l020j1 20gb ata133 7200 rpm (leo4allv2) sec slave;

originally installed on that hd but with only dvd connected else than it.

It is important to inform every one that after installing it starts also with additional 1394 on creative front panel and avertv go 007 tv board that i use with xp every external device goes on like iomega7/1 usb ext; printers dv and web cams.

My display is a flat lcd grundig tv with dvi and vga imputs so i checked real time dual screen and dvi.

unfortunately no qe/ci

Actually I have a serious probelm after updating itunes on windows. After minizing or sending itunes behind other window it restores or pops up randomly. Does anybody else have this problem? I cant listen to music this way.....
