Cougar sounds so Apple-ish that before I opened this thread I thought it was referring to a code name for an early version of Mac OS X (like .1 or .2 or something IDK). Plus Prion just sounds really High tech to me. Like, "Man, I'm using OS X Prion". Just sounds badass. If memory serves me, Cheetahs are Acionyx jubatus. They are not Panthera or felis. They however could not call iWork Snow Leopard Edition without obtaining a new trademark. They could however call it iWork for Snow Leopard without obtaining a new trademark. However, obtaining a trademark is very easy as long as no one else already has an existing conflicting trademark covering a similar product.
