Swad
Yeah, isn't that crazy? I seriously doubt that Apple will allow that, unfortunately. I think a lot of it depends on what kind of mood Steve is in that day... Ouch
I can't see how apple can stop it - theres nothing proprietary in widgets except those extra xhtml tags that apple added - which they are trying to ratify anyway. domino
yay! More memory we can consume by adding 10 widget I wish developers and agp devs would spend a bit more time with real drivers. Not generics drivers that don't do Linux any justice. I guess we just have to wait another 3 or 4 more years to get Linux to where Vista is now. snackole
OSX vs Linux has nothing to do with MicroSoft's pretend system software! If your willing to learn Linux is the best. Sorry wrong thread. ozzie123
MacOS widget is pretty much using XHTML and I strongly believe that it runs pretty much a standard website. How could that be Apple's IP? And it's not out of the blue. I think since KDE 3 first release, there's already a talk on how to make KDE have a better user experience Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/6352-kde-4-to-support-apple-dashboard-widgets/#findComment-49650 Share on other sites
