7210211
What is the difference between the Universal Kernels and the SSE2/3 Which Uni. Kernel is the best? (3, I'm guessing) And how does it compare to SSE3?
cbmkgd
You have sse3? Use sse3. You only have sse2? Use sse2.

cbmkgd
I guess here that the "universal kernels" are netkas' uni kernels. All I can say to you is that this kernel is used on the myzar/"tubgirl" 10.4.9 dvd (tpb), and works fine with me. Haven't tried uphuck's dvd yet (d@mn slow on demonoid... yes, decided to have a try at it although I'm totally satisfied with myzar's great work), but in any case, you should be able to try different kernels without re-installing the whole shebang: I hope you can have access to the different kernels to try them on the uphuck's dvd... 7210211
For uphuck 1.3 I got it working with these, I hope it helps! (I posted these in the uphuck success thread) - 10.4.9 AMD 10.4.9 AMD package AppleACPIPlatform kext from 10.4.8 - Kernels AMD SSE3 (1 April 2007) - Drivers Natit dual 0.2 Titan - Applications All of them except the CoreDuo temp one Works Swell! cbmkgd
Just a note: Natit is an implementation of Titan (notice the reverse writing), so only need one of these; good that choosing both worked for you, but just so you know.

cbmkgd
Both work ok for me. The difference is that the Natit implementation was (eventually) made to support dual display (many months ago). Check the Natit subforum for more information.
