zackint0sh
guessing from your specs the kernel panic might be natit/titan related. try booting w/ the -v flag and put up a photo of the actual stack trace from the panic, we'll see if we can narrow down what is causing panic. srs2388
I'm not trying to hijack the thread or anything, but i have the same specs and the same problem... i have formatted it and re did the install and used different options with the install. EDIT: I also put the hard drive in another computer and booted from it... the graphics card wasn't compatible... but it booted and loaded. Forceman
This usually happens if you pick in Intel option over the AMD option for SSE,SSE2, make sure you pick the right options in "Customize" during the install.
srs2388
I chose intel... so did koumed. Maybe the CPU isn't compatible or a diff. patch is needed?
Forceman
What happens when you pick the AMD options instead, does the same error appear?

Dr. Hurt
enter into single user mode (-s) and delete all nvidia , geforce, and natit kexts. I had this problem, and thats how I solved it. the gui fails to start so the login window doesn't start and crashes. This happens with all geforce 2,3.4 cards. DaJinx
I had this problem and to get rid of it you only select and install the packages you need for your computer, in my case I selected everything at first and got that annoying error on reboot, started over again and it worked. Pleshti
Hello all I had the same problems (ACPI and reboot screen) with the HOTISO version. I would suggest to all to install OSx86_10.4.3_8F1111A_Patched_Jas_v4.2b version cause it's prepatched with the JAS and Maxxuss patches and it's error free. I have a Pentium 4 HT 512 RAM No Sata Drives and this version goes fine with my PC. All hardware function perfectly... Search google for the torrent.
