Try

spctl --global-disable

Does it make any difference?

@miliuco ,

Tried right now in my real Mac mini 2018, and the result is ... Permission denied

Any Body Having Problems Installing Try This:-

Copy The Installer To Another HDD Using Terminal And Run It From There

e.g sudo cp -R The Installer Name  /Volumes/Your HDD

Had Me Stumped For A While,Tried Everything, Made USB Install, Didn't Work

Then I Ran The Installer From That USB And It Worked 😀

Hope This Helps

Since ventura 13.4 beta 2, enable-backlight-registers-fix (-igfxblr) is useless on my dell vostro 5490 comet lake, i5 10210U, UHD620. On boot, the screen need few minutes to have backlit and in consequence, wake from sleep bring black screen and need hard reset. Any help will be apreciate.

I was able to re-enroll my hackint0sh 13.4 beta 4 with seedutil from 13.1 (Seeding.framework) that I put in /Library/Frameworks folder

sudo /Library/Frameworks/Seeding.framework/Versions/A/Resources/seedutil enroll DeveloperSeed

at least, it appears as such. It has some strange behavior, though. I had completely unenrolled my hack...

...then made this workaround but nothing happened 'til I installed macOS 13.4 RC (22F62), then checked the enrollment state:

sudo /Library/Frameworks/Seeding.framework/Versions/A/Resources/seedutil current

Currently enrolled in: DeveloperSeed

Program: (null)
Is Enrolled: YES
Build is seed: NO
CatalogURL: https://swscan.apple.com/content/catalogs/others/index-13seed-13-12-10.16-10.15-10.14-10.13-10.12-10.11-10.10-10.9-mountainlion-lion-snowleopard-leopard.merged-1.sucatalog.gz
NSShowFeedbackMenu: YES
DisableSeedOptOut: NO
Asset Audience: 683e9586-8a82-4e5f-b0e7-767541864b8b

Then I unenrolled it again... and got full (final???) 13.4 update (build 22F63) :frantics:

And enrolled it again...

I'm just waiting for the 1st beta of macos 13.5 to see if it really worked or it just went over like a lead balloon. :P

I have been posting about that here and in whatevergreen thread with no replies. I am hoping with 13.4 release it will be looked at. Happening on my 9th and 10th gen laptops.

Forgive my ignorance but Is this different from what was released Yesterday? The reason I asked I am not seeing it although I have the Dev enrolment setting for the updates in System Settings.

No it's the same build released last night....
