spakk
I forgot to mention that: It can only be applied to an installed version not applicable to a usb installer. Use eg. Pacifist.app to expand / install the data from the installer app to a free partition. Then you can apply the app.
spakk
Short description: how to install macOS Sierra on a free Partition using Yosemite or El Capitan with Pacifist.app (a simple way to install macOS on a free Partition!) Open the macOS Sierra install.app/Contents/SharedSupport/InstallESD.dmg Now push the InstallESD.dmg file into the Pacifist window (package will be open) A popup window of pacifist will be displayed, then click the button "Continue" now the archive contents will be loaded, which can take a while. then click next on the tab "File" ==> "Extract files to another location" here choose your free partition on which you want to install or extract all macOS files. This process will take a long time. After successfully installing of macOS you should install a suitable bootloader (Enoch-rev.2848 or Clover Efi bootloader Finally, you just have to install the appropriate drivers or make modifications, then macOS Sierra will start.
erik96joe
Hello guys!So my problem is that I installed 10.12.3 with Spakk's latest kernel, and everything went fine except that I can't use the system becouse after awhile it randomly freezes. Sometimes even the screen goes black. I tried to disable every power management settings like disabling hard drives, putting computer to sleep etc. I had the same issue with 10.12 too a week ago but I tought that it was a problem with Sierra itself. That's why I reinstalled and went to 10.12.3. I have Yosemite right now, that is working fine without this problem. My spec: Fx 6300, 8 GB DDR3 ram 1600Mhz, Amd R9 270x 2 Gb. Check by starting El Capitan and then selecting the Sierra partition to User/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/ ... or /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/ then check the crash reports, possibly you can localize the cause of your problem? Will try to do that but with Yosemite. Actually I never got El Capitan working, didn't really tryed tho. I can also check that in Sierra, becouse sometimes it works. Sometimes I can use it for 30+ minutes without any porblem, and sometimes just for only a few minutes.. EDIT: It seems that those folders are empty

Okay, I am now checking reports in console app. Now it is running for more than 3 hours now without crash. I know it can't fix itself tho.. Can it be because of a faulty hard drive on my pc? I have a hard disk that has bad sectors, but of course it is not my main drive. Altho I use it for torrent downloads. But exiting from uTorrent app won't fix the problem. Ok, so the system crashed somewhere at 17:05:xx https://gyazo.com/971a667b2d133fb0c31ef18715965c1e Can this be due to Safari? Now I am trying Crome... Or maybe it something with my GPU? As it says Media.

The problem is that I get a kernel panic after VM, I think the problem is in IOUSBMassStorageClass.kext. Using the other ones is not a problem, he gives me the Still waiting for root device looping. I think I need some help and I am new in these lands... Sorry, my computer in a PC with three partitions. AsRock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer with USB 3.0 and 2.0, my CPU is Phenom II X4.
