I didn't know that you had to rename CLOVERX64 to BOOTX64 to put it in the BOOT folder. I only replaced the one in the Clover folder... shame on me. now with 0xFFF and this commit is working fine. Thanks again.

Well, I suggest not to duplicate the clover efi file and use my BootLoaderChooser as bootx64.efi.

That way, you know exactly which clover efi file will start.

the more obvious, the less mistake…

Hello

I haven't touched anyone else's Hackintosh, so I don't know.

I've posted the entire boot video of my environment.

I'd like to ask, could you post videos other than Ventura (Monterey, etc.) on your current Clover?

thank you.

Thanks.

"USB to ethernet adapter"

As I see nobody use it and no hackintosh driver developed. I was using such a device some years ago and it worked as is. Probably I bought a new device with own drivers with description "macOS compatible".

But usually people use USB-WIFI adapters which has MAC drivers (Realtek, Ralink-Mediatech).

hello.
I trust you

That's why I gave all the information to everyone.

I'm sorry I'm not good at English.

Do you say that the login screen will appear about 14 seconds after you press the boot menu button don't you?

I don't know about that, so when I asked, you sent the video properly.
This method is very easy to understand.
And everyone expects you to be a good way to communicate your symptoms.
Also, for you, the method is just as easy.

I know what you are saying.
Please please really ask you.
Add a faster OS boot video such as Monterey to Google Drive with Clover in the same environment.

thank you.

Ventura is able to run in x79 platform with clover r5147?

I'm trying to install but nothing works. It actually installed all the parts, it seems I'm stuck on the last one, when time's to load the system.

I changed from MacPro 6,1 to iMacPro 1,1 to be able to install, but every time the PC restarts.

I'm not sure if it's because Sandy Bridge-E processors can't install Ventura, or if Clover isn't ready yet to x79, or something else.

Note: When I use Debug Yes, boot stuck at the beginning, when it shows the characters "######". I can't use debug.

When I don't use "AvoidRuntimeDefrag" restart here:

Note: Sometimes it hangs on: "cryptoAlloc:658: Using 64 buffers with size 16384, 512 buffers size 65536".

When I use "AvoidRuntimeDefrag" restart here:

I found an error. It's my own fault, I forgot to turn off the IGPU. Because of this, there was a long download😂

Unless I'm mistaken, you need the AVX2 instruction set support and at least a Haswell processor to start the Ventura beta.

Screenshots look like the Clover is 5146, not 5147.

what is your CsrActiveConfig setting in your config.plist ?

Thank you very much for your development for booting Ventura.

But I'm a little sad.

I'm overwriting clover with a package, but after all the startup sound does not come out. (ALC1200)

It's okay to be late, but I want you to ring it.

I will attach what you need.

@MifJpnAlphaPlus

You put all your kexts in CLOVER/kexts/12 and expect macOS 13 to boot????

  1. Update Kexts: https://dortania.github.io/builds/?viewall=true
  2. MOVE THEM TO KEXTS/OTHER
  3. Use the corrected config config.plist.zip

Old Chameleon boot my hack with just Fakesmc and HPET fix(i remember that) but is just a basic solution. These files from ur EFI folder is just for easy boot, don't use it for one fine tune or ur hack looks like Sylvia Saint after 60 years old, beautiful but ordinary.

Seems to me you don't understand how these sub-folders work: https://github.com/5T33Z0/Clover-Crate/tree/main/Kext_Management

Sorry for the lack of explanation.

In Ventura boot, Kext under development is used, so it is separated by pre-selector.

This EFI has all Stables installed to prevent problems.

Also, I'm sorry I couldn't answer the point at the beginning.

Now, I set playasync to false as follows.

Sadly, there is no sound.

Thank you for your quick response.

Well, quoting your generic config.plist, I moved to H570.

I hope I don't make a mistake in my interpretation.

In order to make fine adjustments correctly, should we consider changing from OC to Clover, for example, using the following method as a guide and omitting unnecessary items that were in ASUS H570?

https://github.com/5T33Z0/Clover-Crate/tree/main/OC2Clover

Or do you need to think about how to adjust SSDT beyond Dortania's guide?
I don't know the guide in that case. very sorry.

Thank you

These solutions is generic. Ctrl C + Ctrl V is never good and full solution but is a easy way if you don't like lose time for one full solution and Clover is very smart. We can use one full solution and hack stay like one real mac, inject devices, remove devices, etc and this bootloader don't inject nothing in others Oses.

One fork from OpenCore people call MOD from BtWise, same aproach is HERE

Wow!

Thank you for the great information.

I'm using the Stable repository and the Latest repository separately.

I think this branch is very suitable for stable ones.

worth studying very much.

I use a computer, including the development of "Moebuntu".
My computer has 5 operating systems.

I'm glad I still had room in the EFI partition.

Thank you.
