Unfortunately that is true because he took his innovative ideas with him out of this world and the current CEO Cook seems quite lackluster in the innovation department. And I truly believe he tolerated the Osx86 scene. Apple under his regime never put big efforts into fighting it, isn't it so ?. He himself started as a "hacker". G'd bless his soul.
