It has Chimera bootloader and All driver that you need! If you switch the DVD/CD to SCSI 1:0 then it'll boot fine in VMware. It still seems to need the NPCI=0x2000 flag kernel flag though. One weird issue I have noticed is a huge 5+ minute lag before the UI starts accepting keyboard and mouse input, both are USB. MSI P43-C51 MOBO.
