Thought I already did but here it is again.

I have to keep the USB Bus Fix in no matter which version I use or nearly all my USB peripherals dont work, including apple keyboard. I have not attempted to optimize it beyond getting an error free DSDT

Can anyone help me with sleep? I've a EP35-DS3L, autosleep works and can be awaken by keyboard - spacebar key. But sleep don't work, previously it would reset CMOS but after patching AppleRTC it doesn't, but sleep still doesn't work. Please advise... Using a fully working DSDT from Autopatcher on a snow leopard before this...

MaLd0n,

Hey thanks! After a few days of struggle, I finally for Lion (GM) up and running on my Asus P8Z68-V Pro (0601 Bios) using your guide with i7-2600k, 16GB memory.

No sound, and I had to use hnak's AppleIntelE1000e Ethernet kext to get the Intel onboard ethernet working, but everything else seems fine. Very fast! (EDIT : Got sound working by using ##### to install ALC892 for non DSDT systems - works fine! Digital audio AND Analog audio)

I have tried the DSDT Auto-Patcher, but of course there is nothing for this board. Does anyone have a working DSDT.aml for this board and bios?

Anyway, thanks again!

as i have posted now i m having the Lion GM working fully, but the only problem i m facing now is about sharing the internet connection through LAN or Ethernet and file with windows computers, i didnt try about another mac coz i dont have.

can anybody confirm that they are having this problem or the Internet and File sharing with windows computers are working fine???

I successful install DP4 lion on my computer thanks to MaLd0n. Unfortunately I can't get sound through the HDMI port of my graphics card through the kext voodoohda. I used an ATI 5770 and because of that I paid an Asus Nvidia ENGT440 ( http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/GeForce_GT_440/ ) after seeing on another forum that the guys had sound with the GT440. The guys had nothing to do except install voodooha.kext. I d'ont understand why I haven't sound with my gt440.I have tried all the versions of Voodoohda and I am so hopelessly :) . Any help will be appreciate.I don't want to buy another card again.

post your DSDT and he will(most likely :)) mod it, give it to you, and eventually add it to the app

MaLd0n,

Thanks for your help with this. I'm attaching the "send_me.zip" file you asked for.

The board is a new Asus P8Z68-V Pro. 0601 Bios. 16 GB memory. nVidia GTX 285. I have an i7-2600k, no overclock (yet).

I used your guide and was able to get Lion up and running, but of course no Speed Step. And the GTX 285 is running horribly slow (Warcraft 60 fps in Snow Leopard 10.6.8, 7 fps in Lion).

Thank you, IMK! He reminded me to change my SMBIOS from 12,1 to 3,1 ... now back to 60 fps! Thanks!

To get ethernet and sound working, I had to use Tonymac's ##### to install ALC892 kexts and Intel ethernet kexts.

Maybe the DSDT will help?

Thank YOU!!
