DSDT Removed. Installed old.

The original cooler that came with the processor. Clean... No dust !

Again, created P&C States.

And now... Look the voodoo monitor! Hm ! Interesting ! Temperature drop down for 15C!

Here are Kextstat ... Now I do not understand anything. I'm totally confused.

thanks you man you are the best

i don't know if this is relevant here, so excuse me if im wrong. i am having trouble running the Geekbench app, it crashing right away, and when trying with rosseta, i need to buy the app.

why it's happening? does it has to do with something with the system compatibility?

WoW

;)

ok

alright in DSDT

make sure your DSDT is being read

Extra folder

or

root

use

Wait=Yes -v

Finally it works! Except a few things though:

1. After installation, SL 10.6.5 only recognize 32MB memory of my nvidia 8400gs card. I have to make "GraphicsEnabler=Yes", and then it recognize all 512MB.

2. The sound (ALC888) doesn't work even after I did a binary patch. Do you know why?

3. The "Sleep" function doesn't work properly: the machine can fall in sleep properly, but when it is waken up, it does a fresh reboot. Any idea how to fix this?

4. A question: my network card does work, but I don't know if the Bonjour networking is enabled. Is there anyway I can test that?

Again, thank you for the great information!

it was not applied in DSDT

Use GE or NVenabler.kext

it was not applied in DSDT

Use Voodoohda or Apply HDEF in DSDT + legacy + binary patch

test most programs that you use

do not know if it has to do with platformuuid

we remove

it may be that the problem

the ideal is to let it do the Chameleon

I've read somewhere here in the forum

the Gringo Vermelho talking about it

but do not really know

I hope someone can help you there

OK so, i've tried putting back platformuuid and boot flag, no go for geekbench.

other then this, Safari was crashed when i tried uploading files, after your patching, FULLY WORKING ;)

Logic, until now with and without patching was the best performer for me, everything smooth, run in 64 bit native and 32 bit without any problems.

Cubase AI 5, i had only one crash with it, and i think it's plug-in related, but when i really start to work with it i will know better.

yesterday i tried jailbreak a friends iphone with GreenPois0n, also crashed, but i can't check now cause i have no device to JB LOL :) but i will check it soon

other then this everything is working amazingly great, and after your patching even greater.

i don't know much about it, but i think it has something to do with the dsdt, correct me if im wrong.. but as the safari has been fixed i think this can either
