send me dsdt

I did it on this machine from a usb stick that had a 4 gig limit and was running 10.6.4 and not 8 gigs running 10.6.8 like my normal partition. Any way I can do it without windows? Thanks C

no .. just use the boot cd.. then hit ESC on the screen where u switch to dvd.. u dont.. u just hit esc then it asks what drive u want to boot from..type 80 press enter

then type -v -x then u can run the run_me from first post

or boot a linux live cd to run acpidump

then u can post here and fix dsdt

Thank you!

the auto-patcher has this board.. deluxe. is it same?

to get unmodified dsdt u must remove moded from /Extra then boot with cd to hard disk via ESC key after cd loads then asks where to boot from.. type 80 press enter then type -v -x .. then run run_me again.

EDIT:

looking at kernel log i see yukon2 has isues.. VM and no promiscuous mode.. u might want to check into latest working kext for it.

but thsi is what makes me say wth is goin on.

kernel[0]: AApppplleeYYuukkoonn22:: MMaarrvveellll YYuukkoonn GGiiggaabbiitt AAddaapptteerr 8888EE88005566 SSiinngglleepporotr tC oCpoppepre rS AS

/Extra/Extensions/AppleVIAATA.kext

/Extra/Extensions/Voodoo*

VIAATA ?? really ?? the fakesmc is old too... you are using a lot of outdated stuff and unnecessary.

voodoops2 in a desktop ?? u got usb keyboard and mouse right ??

FRESH INSTALL with a revised kextlist

I use P5k/epu and install Lion Gm . But not 100 %

dsdt.suwit2.zip

remove EvOreboot, NullCPUPowerManagement and SleepEnabler

add in boot.plist

<key>GeneratePStates</key>
<string>Yes</string>
<key>GenerateCStates</key>
<string>Yes</string>

Thanks giving it a try now,

Working great working on audio now, thanks for the help, just a thought in verbose mode it stops at (PCI configuration) but it still boots fine.

I think with audio working I am happy. Oh yeah before I forget sleep, shutdown, reboot, and wake all work I have only three things in /E/E ps2 stuff and fakesmc :P

Please add it to the autopatcher ASUS P5QL vm epu

now off to get audio working seems no one created a alc887 config for DSDT :(
