If not what is the hold up on a limewire port, I know they provide source code on the web site. Say i get limewire professional, or i pay for another filesharing program...is it now legal? because i dont see how that would be if you access the same network without paying...but in any case, would that be ilegal? Limewire Pro only has features that the free Limewire dosen't have. abscissa Posted September 16, 2005 Share Posted September 16, 2005 isnt limewire java? so it should already work.... Limewire does not work. (Anyone differ?) After setting everything up, I tried Acquire, but that kept crashing. Aquisition will not connect, no matter what I try -- if it did, I'd probably buy it. I did a fresh install, and now Acquire works most of the time. I get about 1 crash every 2-3 hours which is still very annoying but ... tolerable. Tomatotorrent works splendidly.
