valv
Still buggy without FixFSB and FixTM. My suppositions was wrong then. I would need more time to find out. btw, am planning to rework the ram thingy relying on kabyl's. Maybe then we 'll see the issue fixed (or maybe not )

mitch_de
These 5 ATI 3600 dev IDs are in the valv code: { 0x10029596, "ATI Radeon 3600 Series"} , { 0x10029590, "ATI Radeon 3600 Series"} , { 0x10029599, "ATI Radeon 3600 Series"} , { 0x10029597, "ATI Radeon 3600 Series"} , { 0x10029598, "ATI Radeon 3600 Series"} , Even if your dev id listed, it may not work - perhaps by framebuffer type (ATI handles lot of different framebuffer type names). If your dev ID isnt listed, tell it valv to include it in next valv bootloader version.

valv
sorry, not yet. btw, does my latest version boot ok without p/c-states (on boot.plist) ? Regarding instant reboot, does it show the GUI or reboots before attaining it ? Also, if you have windows installed, can you get me a cpu-z dump ? wojnar0
@valv If u need more logs, dumps I can test other branches. Just tell me witch one.
valv
@wojnar0, Indeed, I want you to try something: use ForceFSB with 184 and busratio with 13 both on boot.plist Then post bdmesg here. Those values are the default ones you would get from any other chameleon branch. And I need to see if you have to stick with them. off-topic tip: press Cmd + R to refresh the page. I write this, because some of you guyz still waiting to see answers. But they forget the fact that this is a forum and not an instant messenger. Peter_sm
It's looks like my FSB is little to high, 245Mhz I did try to boot with ForceFSB=210, that I have in Windows 7 Is there any problem in my log ? In System profiler it shows Bus Speed: 980 MHz, before using chameleon it showing 100Mhz If there is any newer version of the boot loader I like to try that :-) Config: [hd(0,2)/Extra/com.apple.Boot.plist] 823 bytes. Mohamed Khairy
It's looks like my FSB is little to high, 245Mhz I did try to boot with ForceFSB=210, that I have in Windows 7 Is there any problem in my log ? In System profiler it shows Bus Speed: 980 MHz, before using chameleon it showing 100Mhz If there is any newer version of the boot loader I like to try that :-) if youy want to test ask valv for that
twilight.lee
These 5 ATI 3600 dev IDs are in the valv code:{ 0x10029596, "ATI Radeon 3600 Series"} , { 0x10029590, "ATI Radeon 3600 Series"} , { 0x10029599, "ATI Radeon 3600 Series"} , { 0x10029597, "ATI Radeon 3600 Series"} , { 0x10029598, "ATI Radeon 3600 Series"} , Even if your dev id listed, it may not work - perhaps by framebuffer type (ATI handles lot of different framebuffer type names). If your dev ID isnt listed, tell it valv to include it in next valv bootloader version. Is there a way to fix different framebuffer type names problem? Mushishi
Is there a way to fix different framebuffer type names problem? Also remember just because the bootloader support your card it do not mean that snow leopard do... In snowleopard it is only Radeon HD 4xx0 and newere that work non of the 3xx0 cards can get QE/CI....
