The guy made a video of his Mac Os X Tiger, edited it, uploaded it to his video iPod, and then he studied the movement of the video so it would look like he was actually opening an application... Yeap You can tell this because when he's scrolling, he doesn't do a good job keeping up with the scroller bar.
