Newman666
I was finally able to install internet on my hackintosh (http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=177638) and I didn't really think about and registered my product in Apple (I submitted registration). When I realized it, it was too late. I used my real Apple ID with all my personal information and my credit card number. After this I logged into my account and changed everything, but I think it is too late. SOL. Any ideas or suggestions??? booger_sniffer5000
I have sent Apple my name and address countless times, they follow terms of privacy, don't worry. Newman666
I have sent Apple my name and address countless times, they follow terms of privacy, don't worry. All right then. I crapped my pants when after I submitted registration. Good thing about internet - it is working now. This is a miracle - I was installing iATKOS couple of time with the same settings, but got internet working only now. I am good now. Konami®
I always send bugs to Apple when any app crash and I never have any issue with Apple. I think they don't care if you are using a real Mac or not. bonfilio
Same here.. I've bought enough {censored} from them already over the years they would probably find it suspicious if I stopped registering/contacting them. hrsetrdr
Even on my real Macs I don't give my actual information; usually just something like: name=Steve Jobs address=1 Infinite Loop city=Cupertino, Ca. etc. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/178735-sos-i-submited-registration-to-apple/#findComment-1220658 Share on other sites

Now I have internet, but my resolution is still crappy - 1024x768 but maximum is 1600x1200. But I will put in different section of this forum. null_x86
Yes, but during registration of apple id you have to tell them your credit card's number. uh, no, you have to tell them your CC info and stuff when you sign up for a mobileme account, you never have to submit a credit card for just registering, and it doesnt matter if you provide legit info or not, they are one of the few companies that respect your privacy, and dont really care about if your using a Mac or hack. LOLmoe
I'm pretty sure most of the information you put it in reliable websites NEVER arrive asme. They won't see your name. It'll be encrypted. (At least that's what happens in the websites I make) Plus, Apple doesn't have serial/activation for OS or non-pro apps (like Final Cut Pro/Express does) but ilife, iwork, u dont need the serial, as far as apple's concerned... actually they're not lol.
