Okay, ik denk dat ik gewoon Engels doe... Kan ik goed genoeg, en dan heb ik ook geen verder gedoe, is de rest van de installatie bij jou wel gewoon goed verlopen? Bij 1.1 had ik namelijk dat de installatie goed ging, maar als ik hem dan aan zette zei ie dat ik moest restarten, steeds weer...

Alles gaat goed, hij herkent alleen de wlan kaart niet standaard, pas als ik een update doe naar 10.5.5 ziet ie hem, waar kalyway hem normaal vond.

Ook tijdens de installatie ziet hij mijn mighty mouse niet terwijl kalyway dat wel deed, als enigste overigens.

Okay, als ik vanvond/morgen 1.3 installeer, 10.5.5 dus, zal mijn WiFi het wel automatisch doen dan. Ik gebruik gewoon zo'n klein usb muisje, zonder extra functies enzo, dus die zal ook wel werken. Zijn er verder nog must-have apps, of andere dingen die gedaan moeten worden?

Ik heb het originele logo in this mac teruggezet en iworks installed, dan kan ik alles weer :)

 

Ohja na een herinstallatie eroverheen werkt ook opeens timemachine niet meer, , dus een installatie eroverheen om Nederlands te krijgen is het echt niet ward, moet in een keer werken of niet.

Hoe zet je dat logo terug? En waar kan ik iWork downloaden, op de site kost ie namelijk €70...? Ik ga ook Coda en Transmit installeren, eens een devver, altijd een devver :) Firefox en Firebug dus ook :)

Kun jij toevallig wat screenshotjes maken van Apple Mail enzo? Ben erg benieuwd hoe die er uit ziet, heb op internet weinig goede images gezien. Mijn download is nu op 97%, dus over een paar uurtjes heb ik zelf ook OS X, maar kan ook zijn dat ie weer niet wil opstarten enzo...

 

Okay, ik doe gewoon Engels, vind ik toch een mooiere taal dan Nederlands :)

 

Zouden we niet een Dutch OSx86 Talk topic moeten maken ofzo? We worden namelijk erg offtopic zo...

Met OSXTools kun je dat doen, dat logo heb ik wel en anders het zwerft ook op dit forum rond.

Voor screenshotjes kijk ik straks wel even of dat gaat, eerst wat aan het eten doen :)

Some people are having "waiting for root device" error before install, well I'm having it AFTER what looks like a successful install. Installing on IDE HDD from SATA DVDRW, motherboard is GA-P35-DS3R, E6750, 4GB DDR2, 8800GT. I'm starting to lose hope, I tried so many different install configurations with different fixes and drivers selected. Same thing every time. iAktos v4i works fine, so why this doesn't?

• ACPI-Fix

• Powermanagement

 

I am not sure it's right to select both 9.5.0 Vanilla and ACPI-Fix, or just the first.

Could anybody tell me what ACPI-Fix is supposed to fix?

Another question,is powermanagement can control the cpu fan of the desktop?

FOR ATI USERS: IN THIS MOMENT THERE ARE PROBLEMS WITH NEWS KEXT 10.5.5. I AND TEAM ARE WORKING ON THIS PROBLEMS.

yes ,there is probleme with ati :o

 

my hd3870 X2 get corrompt full screen with the drivers in ideneb 10.5.5 :P

 

in -X ,i try my method : efistudio +3870.pkg ( who works great on ideneb 10.5.4 : http://rapidshare.com/files/148608809/3870x2.pkg.zip.html )

 

i get half screen corrompt but i see the cursor of mouse, i thinks the resolution is good (1920x1200 VGA ,no dvi) the cursor is" small" and screen "auto adjust"

 

 

kernel vanilla 9.5 maybe probleme? a lot are always in 9.4?

Nope...no luck for me after using second DVI or plug VGA still do not work...

 

I get only light blue screen atfer install...ATI driver must be broken...

 

And EFI partition is back with GPT hard drive this must be the problem why my display is only one color and mouse cursor...

 

Whell i dont know....back to square one :(

I have a GA-EP35-DS3R and works. Then.. You MUST selected ICHx Fixed and JMicronATA under chipset during installation.

 

Woohoo selecting both ICHx Fix and JMicronATA did the trick (I only selected ICHx Fix before). Writing this post from a newly installed iDeneb v1.3 :(

Okay, downloaded DVD, burned DVD and booted DVD. This is what happens:

I see the grey background with the Apple logo in the middle. Under the Apple-logo a spinning 'wheel'. After a few seconds the following icon appears on top of the Apple-logo:

The 'wheel' keeps spinning, I waited almost 10 minutes, but nothing happens...

 

Anybody knows what's up?

Great idea, will boot with -v.

 

Okay, this is weird...:

When I boot using -v, I see a few errors about FireWire, and WRITE and READ failed, but the installation-wizard loads. The only problem is I can't use my mouse, so I can't really install it.

When I boot without -v, I see the same thing I saw before:

Apple logo with spinning wheel -> circle with diagonal line -> waited almost 10 minutes -> nothing happens.

 

Stupid as I am, I forgot to take a picture, but I didn't see something really interesting, so I think it's not necessary.

A bit of information about my laptop: (Don't know a program to get all the information)

Laptop: MSI Megabook S271

Processor: AMD Turion64 X2

Graphics: ATI Whatever

Memory: 1GB

I'm downloading iDeneb v1.3

I tired installing JaS 10.5.4 on my HP pavilion dv2860ee but after installing Mac ask me to connect Mouse and Keyboard! and it looks it will be fixed by an PS2 patch available on this forum!

Is that problem still exists in iDeneb v1.3?
