  2. Now that I’m actually trying to install the patcher, I’m curious as to what @chris1111used in the ocpl settings. The model for MacBookPro only goes up to 14,2 or 14,3.
  3. Now that Sonoma is on the brink of final release, I have now taken the step to use it as my daily driver just as I did with Ventura and others before. In my setup, I had 3 instances of Apple OS, Ventura, Monterey and Sonoma all on their respective Drives plus Windows 11. Sonoma was installed on a test SSD drive and treated as such whilst Ventura was the daily driver and Monterey was a fall back just incase. At this stage of Sonoma, I felt confident enough to clean install Sonoma on an M.2 drive and remove the ones with Ventura and Monterey thus dual booting Sonoma and Windows. I spent most of the day replacing all my software, testing and making sure there was no conflict with my programs. So hopefully going forward I am all set for macOS 18.0 (in June!!!) or is this a case of wishful thinking?

  5. Re arranged the kexts in the order you suggested, add MinKernel 23.0.0, and nothing... No Wifi yet Thanks
  6. It is a good idea to try either, Ventura would be better for testing though because you have access to even more symbios options
  7. Set up the MinKernel and adjust the order of the kexts ... Lilu first...Resetnvram firts boot
  8. According to https://dgpu-docs.intel.com/devices/hardware-table.html 9a68 is intel UHD under the XE Architecture, however, even googling it brings up little results only that it is TigerLake-H GT1 [uHD Graphics] benmac, please post your full lspci -nn, meaning with all the other items on it, I k ow you may not have ioreg now, but are you able to install using -igfxvesa, if so, do it and then post the ioreg, you can do a search and remove your serial before doing so.
  9. I used duet like this ten years or more.
  10. i just tried to boot in without weg or nblue enabled, no luck. i tried adding -igfxvesa, no luck. i did a lspci -nn | grep VGA from within arch linux it does show 9A688086 as my pci dev id for my igpu
  11. Hi guys, Can anyone take a look at my config.plist and tell me what I did wrong because after patching my system the wifi don'r work... Thank you config.plist.zip
  12. Thank you for your reply again and again. I tried, but same KP. Hmm.... config(Inject-NO).plist preboot(UHD630Only).log preboot(KeplerOnly).log
  13. i tried the same idk what to add for device property 8a71 my device ID is 9a68 and idk how to make it work tbh without someone downloading my config off me, or teamviewering into me. I'm tbh that lost.
  14. It works. I used duet like this last months.
  15. Yeah that’s been saving my butt So I installed Sonoma again then used Chris1111’s EFI and used my update SMBIOS and I’m getting a kernel panic
  16. I need set my TDP to 253w or consume go to 350w+ and crash. After that just run fine with XMP on 6800mhz or 7000mhz.
  17. Keep going, you'll get there eventually. A good tip is, when you have a good booting system, copy the bootable EFI to the EFI Partition of a spare USB Drive so that if/when you make changes and have a panic like a boot loop as you described, that USB Drive will rescue your system to a bootable state again. Good luck.
  18. @Slice I have make VodooHDA in github source 4 years ago https://github.com/chris1111/VoodooHDA-Code
  19. @chris1111 Thanks. That is similar to @droples suggestion here. I haven't tried it, but I'm sure it would work. I'm going to test again when OC 1.0.0 is officially released. Thanks again.
  20. Maybe a temporary solution Did you try to use only boot file from OC 0.9.6 to OC 1.0.0 EFI duet simply replace it If it work You are booting to OC 1.0.0 after Duet Init -
  21. We have sources of VoodooHDA and can add here all we want. We just should know what namely.
  22. tks i'll take a look at https://anuragbhandari.com/coding-tech/fixing-headphone-jack-in-ubuntu-20-04-1755/ looks like linux as sof support in kernel. if it's so macos as very low chances to work this tool is nice look at the screenshot this is the default config that the sof driver creates now where does it place the config file... this is a linux discussion about this dmic thing https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=201251
  23. Hi downlord I totally agree with you about the amazing job done by Tluck could you please share the package for t420 installed on Ventura? best regards
