I'm having a similar problem with Slate VCC Beta on my Intel DP35DP, Q6600, running 10.5.4 Kaliway...

The problem is still happening with my new 10.6.1 install... any ideas guys?
iLok keeps asking me to authorize the plugin everytime I open my DAW.
I don't have any network cards installed...
