12D44 - downloading ... will report result later.
"I have this in my dmesg and also i have a KP when i connect any disk or memory in the USB , no problems if i left connected before the boot"
I will check this. Did you mean that this happens since D44 and it not happens up to D43?
EDIT: well running D44 (updated from well running D43)I tested USB Stick - no problems / no KP, like any 10.8.3 dev build. (Gigabyte EP 35 "oldi" board)
My problems whit the USB are whit the D43. whit the D44 the Dmesg error disappear, and for now no one KP at all !
I will test in deep today and report in the night !
Edit again: after put the trim enabler.. again Unknown AHCI Standard Controller:
Edit again : DON'T USE THE APP TRIM ENABLER ( http://www.groths.org/?page_id=322 )!!! this is the cause of many problems !!! better use the terminal comand :
Make backup first :
sudo cp -r /System/Library/Extensions/IOAHCIFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/IOAHCIBlockStorage.kext/ /System/Library/Extensions/IOAHCIFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/IOAHCIBlockStorage.BACKUP
Later the patch :
sudo perl -pi -e 's|(\x52\x6F\x74\x61\x74\x69\x6F\x6E\x61\x6C\x00{1,20})[^\x00]{9}(\x00{1,20}\x54)|$1\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00$2|sg' /System/Library/Extensions/IOAHCIFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/IOAHCIBlockStorage.kext/Contents/MacOS/IOAHCIBlockStorage

I'm on 10.8.2, and I read your discussion about imessages. And tested now imessages on 10.8.2 and it's not working. It worked till now. Maybe apple changed something in the verification system?
edit: it worked until I went into imessage account settings.

Perhaps, the inaccessibility is due to the fact that Apple had very recently concluded the iMessage beta program for the OS X Lion by reverting the iMessage beta app back to the mostly useless iChat via the in app update.

same problem here on 10.8.2, it always worked well, until some days ago i did a fresh installation. maybe we have to create an ad-hoc topic for this...
is anything related to smbios serial number, maybe?
