Darn.... I was 1 day to late.... Can't download the torrent unless membership to Demonoid....

Or is it possible to get just the torrent file?

Well, Hope it will solve in time. I will camp for the Intel version instead :glare:

I've been downloading Leo4All since like Thursday evening (I have to interrupt the download all the time due to my internet being shared in our house). I wonder if this could affect the torrent I'm currently downloading (AFAIK, it's probably version 4, but I'm not sure until the whole thing is downloaded).

What is going on with hte torrent? I have uploaded 35GB and now i am stuck at 73.6%, demon says that 15 persones have downloaded the torrent completely. IS THAT RIGHT? I DONT THINK SO! WHY NOBODY IS SEEDING THEN?

Thanks for your work indeed!

audio works perfectly

but funny thing my usb drive and portable hard drive would not recognize even though my mouse and keyboard are usb powered also

I am using the Leo4Allv4.1

I am able to install to a PATA drive with no problem and runs great!!

Sound, Video, Nvidia and Marvell network all working great

My hardware

A8N-SLI Premium

AMD opteron dual core 1.8 ghz (no OC at the moment)

2 gigs of PC3200 2x1 at 400mhz

Nvidia GForce 7600 256mb

My issue is..

I am trying to do a RAID 0 install..

I have 2 sata drives hooked up to the nvidia sata controller

I boot up Leo4Allv4.1 all good no errors on -v

I goto disk utility create the raid0 -- all good!

I am selecting the nforceATA chipset in the install options! - the one it defaults to on the installer!

I tried both just the EFI kernel by its self... then i tried just the Non-EFI kernel.. (along with all the other options for each kernel) - I did it right!

It installs all the way to the end... (better than iDened did) but when it hits 1min left.. it fails with this error

"RUN POSTINSTALL SCRIPT FOR EFI-KERNEL FAILED" or if i chose the non-efi kernel its say the say error but with NON-EFI KERNEL FAILED

but if i boot from my PATA drive and connect the 2 sata drives... leopard see's the raid0 and i can move data to it fine!!

Any ideas here!! I could settle for the PATA drive... but love to get my raid0 working... MORE SPEED!! :)

thanks guys!

hy!

Thanks for this great release. Will try on my AMD 4600+ X2 box in a few days.

Just a thought about this leeching/seeding "issue": I know packing the ISO into a rar container dramatically reduces the file size; but think about it: if you release the ISO file directly, people won't feel like deleting it after it finishes downloading. That's probably what happens to all those rar-part-files. As soon as it finishes downloading, people unpack it and delete the other files, thus quiting from being seeders.

When people finishes downloading it, they'll have to stick with those files for a few days until they have a decent ratio score. It would be better not to have to occupy twice as much space on the HDD if the torrent was just the ISO!

It's just a thought, it's also not just a question of space, it's a matter of removing the "unnecessary files" as if it was an automated procedure.

Anyway, thanks again!
