It's a patcher that lets you customize the look of Live Messanger 8. I liked the new interface, but I thought that there were too many buttons. This program helps minimalize it a bit and makes it look better. You can even remove the ad at the bottom. http://apatch.ikhost.com/downloads.php Choose the 2nd download option. The first one is a patcher for the current public Messanger, which you don't want. I find that it's alot quicker to spread them around this way as well...
