I did everything as written on the page you attached the link to, but there is no change.

After installing Sonoma 14.0 my two internal Intel I210 nic:s just get self assigned ip:s. AppleIGB.kext. fix the problem but according to Dortanias  guide the Intel I210 (pci8086,1533 = Intel I210) should be recognised as a native internet controller in macOS. Has Apple dropped support for this nic in Sonoma?

Do you have AppleVTD enabled? It is required for native support through DriverKit.

Hi,

It makes a long time I didn't post ;)

I've AX200, wireless access points are shown but can't connect 2.4 or 5 GHz.

Seems that power isn't up, see below wifi box screenshot.

Will check log but help is welcome if somebody have same issue.

It's weird my friend because I still have it working natively without any extra kexts, boot arguments, aspi patches, etc. Sonoma 14.1b2.

Let me explain my case. In the very first release of Sonoma, the Time Default was set to Cupertino, USA Time Zone and could not be changed by the usual method.

I used those instructions I posted to correct the Time Zone (GMT) and my Country UK and it worked perfectly even before Apple fixed the allocation for all Time Zones.

I am sorry it didn't work for you if you say you did everything as written, I don't know what else to suggest. Maybe someone can come up with a fix for you.

I found a solution by installing the language English, put English UK and now the time is 24 hours as it should be.

Hi @yapan4. Nice to hear from you and hope you are safe and sound. Are you still on Clover or are you running OC?  Regardless of that please share your EFI. (You can PM me if you don't want to share in this thread). 😀

@obus

My EFI folder withot serial, maybe it will help you somehow.

Note: Since Sonoma first beta i use Intel AX210 WI-Fi/BT instead unsupported Broadcom, but Kexts deleted from attached folder due >20Mb size.

I missed the latest beta update of Sonoma 14.1... it has been updated perfectly with the 6700XT:

What doesn't work is the DRM, TV, Netflix safari, HBO, Amazon Prime Video app...

Congrats!

Do you have -radcodec radpg=15 in boot-args?

No, I just have "agdpmod=pikera" + NootRX.kext and disable WEG and it already worked... on the first try 😃

Are those flags for DRM?

@miliuco  I have tried and it also works without "agdpmod=pikera"  🤷‍♂️

It works simply with NootRX.kext, it couldn't be easier  😄

And videoproc shows me this:

Anyone else seeing this at boot time:

I have combed through all my Login items and have no clue what is causing this.

I too am seeing this on my real MBPro-10,1 and not yet figured out what's running at the time.

It could be OCLP Auto-Install app that checks if Root patches are applied or not.

Phew, okay. I hate to say it, but I'm glad to hear that it is happening on real Macs. That does led me to believe it is OCLP. I thought I disabled it though. I went so far as to delete com.dortania.opencore-legacy-patcher.auto-patch.plist in Launch Agents so I'm not sure where it would be loading from.

I wonder if it will work with 7900 XTX

I bet no, and never will be. I also bet that NootRX.kext is an emulator who make MacOS to believe that 6700 is 6600 and so on. OS driver for 7900 doesn't exists and like I said, will never be.

I don't think the 7900 will ever work.

But one of the developers says they are still working to improve it...

If they get the DRM to work for me it would be perfect

He also says that with this kext it is not necessary to falsify the device ID on the rx6650xt or the 6900xtx 🤷‍♂️
