I don't even know who's work they are, I just browse that site and download things I like. I've got folders of stuff from there. Most of the icons I'm using are from Interfacelift. They are a mixture of different icon sets, the different sets I've downloaded are, Cathode, Blend, Black and Blue, Safari of Colors, Pure, and some other random icons. Edit. Cmd on a windows keyboard is the Windows Key. For some reason it doesn't work on my 10.5.5 install, so I am using the Grab Utility. Just go to Utilities and there should be a little program called Grab. That will do it. Got a link for that? Also, just a recommendation. If you install iStat Menu's you can add a clock to your menu bar and make the font white, to match the rest of your menu. Then just remove the default clock from the menu bar. Other than that I think it looks really nice.
