It's not so much a 'properly' modded dock, just turned on the square corners 2D dock outline style and the thin line separators in Docker, turned on the 2D dock and changed the position... The icon set is Kobhens, did a couple more app icons with the psd-file supplied w/ the set... Overwrite them in your English.lproj (or whichever is your system's default language) folder in /System/Library/CoreServices/loginwindow.app/Contents/Resources. It's an incredibly easy Dock/Icon changing app for Mac, and I think the full version comes preinstalled with the Kalyway 10.5.2 DVD. It's really awesome and you can easily change docks with it... That's the best app I know for doing stuff like that.
